Dedicate some time to your wellbeing with a prenatal yoga practice. This class gives you the space to connect more deeply with yourself and bub through gentle movement, mindful breathwork, and guided meditation.

Each week will focus on building strength, stability, and ease in your changing body, while learning breath and mindfulness techniques to help ground, focus and self-soothe.

Suitable for all levels (past your first trimester), with no prior yoga experience necessary. All mats and props are provided.

Pricing: $30 casual or $125 for pack of classes.

Class Time: Wednesday 5:30 PM - 6:15 PM.
